As a  repeat client, we dived into the second home for this growing family, where the objective was to preserve the structural integrity of this stunning Spanish Colonial. Sold to them by design-led realtor Ali Jack, and long-time friend of Laurens, the family really wanted to salvage as many of the original features as possible. We embraced this challenge head on, from sourcing the original 1930s tile manufacturer to rehabilitating the original concrete staircase. This project was a true reflection of embracing the beauty of originality while creating a home with an updated, modern perspective.
