BENEDIct Canyon

Walking through this classic 1930s ranch house was like stepping from one era into another, thanks to the hodgepodge of styles from revamping decade after decade. Hosting a famous line of former owners, including olympic tennis player Pete Sampras who installed the tennis court.  The current homeowner wanted to now bring a cohesive design flow from space to space. Navigating through a challenging worksite during the height of Covid, connectivity was brought to the home after reimagining the layout and recasting the flow—now, the home feels fluid, warm and welcoming.
